A crown is a tooth-shaped cover placed over the crown of a tooth or on top of an implant to provide protection and support for normal oral function. There are four different types of materials used for dental crowns, including:

  • Ceramic
  • Metal-ceramic
  • Gold alloys
  • Base metal alloys

Dental Bridges 

When you have a missing tooth, it can be difficult to communicate, bite or eat properly. Dental bridges can help restore your smile and maintain your face shape by bridging the gap created by one or more missing teeth.

A traditional bridge is made by creating a crown for the teeth on either side of the gap and placing a false tooth between the crowns. As with crowns, there is a choice of materials for bridges, and we’ll help you decide which one is best for you!
